Pricing
PrintVis SaaS has a simple and flexible pricing model, where you pay per user per month. Choose whether you want Standard or Advanced Full Users – the Advanced and Standard Full Users cannot be mixed.
The PrintVis Standard Full User has full unrestricted access to standard PrintVis functionality.
The PrintVis Advanced Full User has all the access of the Standard Full User but includes the following premium PrintVis modules:
- Planning Board
- Frontend Integration
- Manufacturing Integration (JDF, JMF, DCM, etc.)
The PrintVis Registration User type covers the basic functionality needed for shop/production floor data collection. Typically machine operators, shipping clerks and other production employees. These users can view all PrintVis data, but in the PrintVis tables the write transactions are limited to:
- Input in the Consumption Journal
- Posting time registration
- Registering comments on PrintVis cases
- Changing status on PrintVis cases
- Filling out quality assurance questionnaires
Full User (Advanced)
A combined Advanced Full PrintVis and Full Business Central Essential User. Same access as Standard User, but includes frontend integration, manufacturing integration, and planning board. 150 USD per user per month.
Full User (Standard)
A combined Standard Full PrintVis and Full Business Central Essential User. Examples of full PrintVis users are salespeople, estimators, planners, shop floor managers, customer service reps, and warehouse managers. 130 USD per user per month.
Registration User
A limited user type covering the basic functionality needed for shop/production floor data collection. 10 USD per user per month. Must be combined with a Business Central Device User.
