Tip of the Week #48 – “Clear Filter”
PrintVis General Manager Kasper Tomshøj is back this week with a quick tip that may help you avoid the panic of sudden data loss.
When you open a page and you think something is missing – it could be because there is a filter on the page which is hiding some of the records.
Often we get a call in hotline stating “HELP – my data is gone!”
To see if a filter is applied on a page, simply look at the “Clear filter” icon.
If it is highlighted, a filter is applied. You can remove it simply by clicking the “Clear Filter,” or you can view and edit the filter using the “Filter” icon.
When no filters are applied, the “Clear Filter” icon is disabled.
