Tip of the Week #179 – Check Out Print Sample TV

Tip of the Week #179 – Check Out Print Sample TV

Marketing Coordinator Michael Bradley returns again this week to share a recent Youtube series that spotlights some of the very latest in printing technologies.

I’ve met Pat McGrew at more than one print trade show in the U.S. – and I can tell you she’s an industry veteran who really knows her stuff. In the early part of 2018, Pat, along with our friends at Inkish TV, launched a new vlog series called Print Sample TV, where she presents examples of impressive (no pun intended) printed pieces made using the latest in print technologies, with a variety of formats (folding cartons, posters, catalogs, textiles and more) and a multitude of techniques (specialized inks, coatings, embossing and substrate capabilities).

The whole idea is to share some of the excellent work that’s out there in a relaxed, short-format video series. Printers, Creatives and Vendors (including software vendors) are invited to submit their samples for discussion and review.  When submitted for showcase by a vendor, Inkish will make it clear that it’s sponsored content.

Go here to learn how to submit your work.

I urge you to check it out – it’s a great way to get inspired, and to keep apprised of what innovative print shops and suppliers are doing. Some may be your competitors – so why not steal from the best?

Below you can watch the introductory edition from Pat, as well as a later post example discussing “high-laydown” technology, a new method of print enhancement.

Be sure to check them all out, and hit that red subscribe button!

Also, be sure to check out Inkish.TV for more excellent, informative content on the world of print.

Thank you Michael!
