Tip of the Week #138 – Debugger Watch Variables
This week developer Rikard Hult has a quick tip to help when scouring through your code to find errors.
Watching a variable is the process of inspecting its value while a program is executing in debug mode. But adding variables to the debugger watch list can become very tedious. Luckily there is a shortcut in PrintVis!
Simply hover over the variable name directly in the code and click on the plus sign (see below). That variable will then be added to the list of variables that are watched. Click each image below for an expanded view.
