Mogens Højgaard, who has been responsible for PrintVis since 2007 and is now a superuser at Stibo Complete, has followed and evolved with the system closely – both before and after Stibo’s acquisition of Rosendahls in 2020.
“Previously, we exported the invoicing data as a CSV file and manually imported it into another system. It was heavy and inefficient,” Mogens explains.

Stibo Complete is, as Mogens puts it, “a graphic supermarket” – delivering the full range of printed materials, from idea and layout to the final products. This wide array of services places high demands on both flexibility and scalability.
“We use practically every corner of PrintVis,” he says.
“There aren’t many systems out there that can handle high-volume print, commercial print, labels, large-format and pharma – and also be fully integrated with Microsoft’s ERP platform.”

Mogens emphasize how important it is to involve the daily users in the daily process of developing and maintaining a liquid and flexible system. “We asked employees to contribute and to test every single function they use in their workday, to ensure they are comfortable using the system. Further we educate superusers in each department – to become key users and ambassadors, assisting and helping their colleagues.”
