A typical training session lasts about half a day and takes place online. To ensure you get the most out of your session(s), please consider the following:

  • Make sure you are in front of a PC, with a good internet connection
  • Have a headset with a microphone – a webcam is helpful as well
  • You will receive an email with a link
  • You must have access to your company system
  • Have on hand any pertinent information which we have requested in advance
  • Sessions can be arranged for very early in the morning if this suits you best
